By registering to participate in Masq by Naitram through the Playmas platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration and Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your costume and place in the band. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Your registration is confirmed once payment of the required deposit or full costume balance has been received.

Payments

The remaining balance for your costume must be paid by the final payment deadline communicated by the band. Failure to complete payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of your registration and loss of your deposit.

Costume Orders

All Masq by Naitram costumes are custom made for Carnival participation. Because of this, all costume purchases are final and refunds are not available once a registration has been completed.

Costume designs may vary slightly from promotional images due to production requirements or material availability.

Measurements

Participants are responsible for providing accurate measurements when requested. Masq by Naitram cannot be held responsible for costumes that do not fit correctly if incorrect or incomplete measurements are provided by the participant.

Costume Collection

Costumes must be collected during the official collection dates communicated by the band. If a costume is not collected within the stated collection period, Masq by Naitram reserves the right to release the costume and no refunds will be issued.

Participation

By registering with Masq by Naitram you agree to follow the instructions of band organisers, stewards and security teams during Notting Hill Carnival. The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate without refund.

Event Changes or Cancellation

Notting Hill Carnival is a public event organised by external authorities. Masq by Naitram is not responsible for changes to parade routes, schedules or event conditions imposed by Carnival organisers, local authorities or emergency services. In the event that Carnival is cancelled, postponed or significantly altered due to circumstances beyond the control of Masq by Naitram, including but not limited to weather conditions, public safety decisions or government restrictions, refunds will not be guaranteed.

Photography and Media

By participating in Masq by Naitram you acknowledge that photographs and video footage may be captured during the event and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

Agreement

By completing your registration you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
