When you register to participate in Masq by Naitram through the Playmas platform, we may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, date of birth, costume selection and payment information. This information is used to process your registration, manage your participation in the band, communicate important Carnival updates and provide customer support.
Payment information is processed securely through third party payment providers and is not stored by Masq by Naitram.
Your information may be shared with trusted service providers involved in delivering the Masq by Naitram experience, including event management platforms, payment processors and operational teams supporting the band during Notting Hill Carnival.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data and retain information only for as long as necessary to manage registrations and meet legal obligations. Under UK data protection law, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask for your data to be deleted where appropriate.
Photography and Media
During events and activities related to Masq by Naitram, photographs and video footage may be captured by our team or authorised partners. By participating in the band, you acknowledge and agree that images or videos in which you appear in costume may be used by Masq by Naitram for marketing, promotional and media purposes, including websites, social media, press materials and other communications. Participation in the band constitutes your consent to such use and no payment, royalties or other compensation will be provided for the use of these images or recordings.
Please note that Notting Hill Carnival is a public event and images or video may also be captured by members of the public, media organisations and other third parties. Masq by Naitram is not responsible for the use of images captured by independent third parties in public spaces.
